Terms and Conditions for Life Blueprint Experiences Retreats

1. Introduction

Welcome to Life Blueprint Experiences (hereinafter referred to as "LBE"). By signing up for our retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your participation.

2. Acknowledgment of Qualifications and Best Practices

Renee Webster, the facilitator of the retreat, holds qualifications in Mental Health Social Work and a range of Psychological Modalities. While LBE strives to provide high-quality experiences based on best practices, it is important to understand that participation in retreats involves inherent risks. All information and practices provided during the retreat are developed with care and professionalism, but there is no guarantee of specific outcomes.

3. Participation at Your Own Risk

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so at your own risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, LBE and Renee Webster cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, emotional distress, or other outcomes that may arise from participation.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. If you have any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before attending the retreat. You should also inform LBE of any specific needs or conditions that might impact your experience.

5. Waiver and Release of Liability

By agreeing to these terms, you release LBE, Renee Webster, and any associated parties from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, or damage to personal property.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided according to the following schedule:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the retreat start date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

In the event of a cancellation by LBE, a full refund will be provided to participants.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information provided to LBE will be treated with confidentiality and used only for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the retreat. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. LBE reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

LBE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the retreat constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from participation in the retreat will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By signing up for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
