ABOUT MITZI & RENEE THE PROGRAM CO-CREATORS
Hey there! We are the co-creators of Unbridled Wellbeing and the Eight-Week Self-Compassion Immersion.
We wanted to introduce ourselves and share why we created this course. Like many people, we found ourselves feeling discontented with the lives we were living. We did all the things we were encouraged to do, yet we still felt unsatisfied and out of alignment with our true purpose. Life circumstances happened, as they do, and we realised that the old ways of going about life were just not going to cut it anymore.
We needed practical ways to love and nurture ourselves, but we couldn't find the holistic and practical approach we needed. So, we put together our 45 years of experience, therapeutic models, and sprinkled some of the cutting edge ideas in the area of self-compassion together, and have developed a guide for others who want to live authentically and have the know-how to love, care for themselves and have their own back.
