You’re welcome to begin in a way that suits your season and capacity.

Whether you prefer to attend casually—month to month—or want a more committed path, we’ll begin with an initial consultation to ensure we’re the right fit.

After that, you can choose to:

  • Continue as a casual client
    Book sessions month to month, as needed. Availability may vary based on demand.

  • Step into priority access as a committed client
    Reserved for those who attend consistently and honour their scheduled sessions. This option ensures regular access to limited session times.

  • Select a 3- or 6-session support package (available for returning clients)
    Ideal for those seeking focused support, recalibration, or guided transition work.

All packages and priority options are reserved for clients who are committed to attending the sessions they book. This keeps the space clear, focused, and deeply respectful—for both of us.


Access & Referrals

Sessions are available in-person in Dubbo, NSW, or via telehealth across Australia.

You’re welcome to attend with or without a GP referral.
I am formally recognised by Medicare to deliver Focused Psychological Strategies (FPS) for eligible clients under the Better Access initiative. Rebates apply with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.

Referrals from GPs, psychologists, and allied health professionals are welcome.
