Playing with Stress: Body-Mind Connection Workshop
That's right, we're talking about stress!
That thing that sometimes makes you want to pull your hair out and scream at the top of your lungs.
Do you ever feel like a hamster running on a wheel? You keep going and going, for some reason not giving yourself the chance to get off that thing, even for a little while?
Well, let us tell you, you're not alone. If we are honest, sometimes it can feel like we're all stuck in a giant game of whack-a-mole, but instead of moles, it's just our never-ending to-freaking-do list!

And what does all this craziness lead to?
Stress, baby!
You know that feeling? Like being constantly wound up, like a ball of yarn that's just about to unravel. But don't worry, we've all been there. Stress is a part of life.
Maybe think that scrolling through social media, binging on your favourite TV show, or just checking out for a while is the answer? And don't get us wrong, those things can be fun. But they're not actually addressing the root of your stress. And it doesn't give your body much of an actual rest.

There is a logical, but sometimes forgotten, way back to re-balancing yourself? And what if having fun and playing isn't just for kids?
