This course has been created by Renee Webster, who has 19 years experience with people struggling with mental health difficulties. Knowing that many people are needing extra support and guidance, yet not always able to afford private sessions, when a therapist is available.

Within this course you will learn the foundations of what happens when stress, anxiety and depression arise, some very key points to understand. And strategies to help reduce symptoms and manage during difficult times.
